About Comitor Coaching
Comitor Coaching (pronounced COM-i-tor) is built around a simple belief: leadership is better when you don’t go it alone. Rooted in the Latin comitor—“to accompany, to go with”—the name reflects how I work: walking alongside leaders through pivotal moments in their careers—especially when the path forward isn’t obvious and the pressure is on. Whether stepping into a new role, leading transformation, or making high-stakes decisions, I help leaders move forward with greater clarity, strength, and intention. I don’t push from behind or pull from the front. I walk with you.

A Philosophy Rooted in Strength—and Communication
I believe most leadership challenges are communication challenges. The ability to connect, clarify, inspire, and influence—that’s what drives business forward. I also believe meaningful growth doesn’t come from fixing gaps alone. It comes from amplifying what already works. While I help leaders address blind spots, limiting beliefs, and areas for growth, I give equal weight to what’s already strong—because it’s your strengths that propel you forward.

Engagement Structure
Coaching with me is structured—but never rigid. Most engagements last six months, with biweekly, one-hour sessions. You’ll have support between sessions, and we can adjust the rhythm or focus along the way. And if your needs change, we can pause—or stop—the engagement at any time.
